A special thanks to all of last year's loaned executives!

The program is an opportunity for federal employees who serve as Loaned Executives to the CFC to enhance key business skills through hands-on experience and training that they can use upon returning to your agency.
It is a vital way your agency can support CFC and the community. LEs create a critical link between federal employees and the charities represented in the campaign.
How does the program work?
Agencies "loan" one or more employees to the CFC from August through November. LEs come from all levels within federal, military and postal agencies. After receiving five days of extensive training, LEs are assigned specific accounts to help raise funds to support the CFC.
The CFC office is located at Community Health Charities of Tennessee, Inc. LEs support accounts in Nashville and its surrounding counties. Travel is required and we ask that the sponsoring agencies pay mileage and parking costs. This further reduces the CFC operating budget and overhead.
