LFCC Chair: Joanne Mann, US Army Corps of Engineers
Objective: Responsible for the overall operation and success of the Combined Federal                   Campaign. Specific responsibilities include the following: naming a campaign chair,                   determining local agency eligibility, selecting the PCFO, encouraging local federal                   agency participation, establishing a network of federal employees to serve as                   coordinators and key workers, ensuring pledge cards and brochures are faithfully                   reproduced, ensuring proper selection of Loaned Executives, holding campaign                    events (kick-off and/or agency fairs), determining campaign themes, communicating                   year-round to the federal community.

Campaign Chair: Penny Brockett, Internal Revenue Service
Objective: Lead and motivate federal agency heads, campaign committee volunteers, loaned                    executives and federal employees to achieve the established federal community                    campaign goal.
                   - Establish Campaign Goal
                   - Gain CEO Buy-In
                   - Hold Victory Celebration and Awards Ceremony
                   - Appear and/or speak at various CFC events

Campaign Co-Chair: Juan Morales, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System
Objective: Works closely with the Campaign Chair and supports the Chair in all responsibilities and decisions.

LE Recruitment: TBA
Objective: Secure loaned executives, including one military LE, from the local federal
                   community. Loaned Executives are the backbone of the campaign.

Agency Fair: TBA
Objective: Plan and implement at least one Campaign Kickoff event to be held on at least the first
                   day of the CFC Campaign. The committee members should work closely with the
                   Marketing and Year-round Communications committees.

Marketing/Communications: TBA
Objective: Plan and implement a marketing scheme including but not limited to yearly campaign
                   themes, logos, brochure and pledge card covers, posters, t-shirts, etc.

Agency Applications: Penny Brockett, IRS, Holly Patterson, USPS, and Larry Vannozzi, NWS
Objective: Review each not-for-profit agency application received and determine eligibility
                   pursuant to CFC Regulations. Bring results and recommendations to the LFCC
                   membership for review and final determination.

LFCC By-Laws: Mel Bragan, TSA, Pam Love, IRS, Donna Patterson, TVA
Objective: To create and inforce by-laws for the Local Federal Coordinating Committee
